Weird Beard
Tiger Woods grew some sort of beard a little, so now he looks kinda weird... Random thought. Found this really cool place on Elizabeth Street called Minotaur, selling shelves and shelves of manga, in English, with lots of Tokyopop titles!!! I was in heaven lah... So far, I've been slacking. The holidays have allowed me to let out all the O'levels stress but I think I'd better hold back, haha. Went to Bridge Street yesterday to finish up the walking and spent only $20 for four pieces of clothing. Not bad, plus they were all quite good quality. The only downside was that today was freezing cold, especially since it was raining and the wind was sneezing into my lungs and giving me temporary pneumonia... Shouldn't have ignored the weather forecast today, but I've never had the necessity to check the weather in Singapore, the island of perpetual summer. I kinda miss it and I kinda don't.
Wouldn't it be cool to have a pet penguin the size of your palm? >.< And for some reason, the Mcdonalds' burgers here in Oz are extremely flat. Ok, either the buns are incredibly deflated and the yeast didn't work, or the beef patties are thin and the ingredients even thinner. On my part, I think it's the yeast thing. So hmmmm. There's no shrooms burger here, but guessing from the general Aussie appetite, an average person would have to eat 5 shroom burgers to have a decent meal. I wouldn't mind. I miss the shroomy sauce! At least the fries are still the same. Eating on public transport isn't illegal here, though, so when I ate on the tram today it was a bit weird. All the crackling of the plastic bag and stuff. But at least I didn't have to hide the package from the driver, like I did back in Singapore, haha. The tram is always so crowded after office hours. The tram is very like the bus in Singapore, except that it's much slower, like comparing a slug to a snail (uhhh...what's the difference...), and it comes every 10 minutes. It runs on electricity too, so it always has long wires above it on top, like a cable car thingy. Busted about $8 yesterday downloading that Kelly Clarkson ringtone, but what's done is done, no point smiling over spilt milk (yeah, guilty as charged and proud of it). Oh, speaking of milk, I still have to get a milk cup, so I don't have to wash my normal cup every morning after my milk session and drink all that unwashed detergent. -___-;; Or else I'm just scaring myself, but whatever. So far, all the career choices I've set for myself are business manager, lawyer, accountant, PR agent etc. But then I took this test and I'm not sure anymore... Just what am I cut out to do??? I wanna do what I want, but I wanna do what's best for me too... If I were still a three-year-old I'd be banging my head with a rattler right now, destroying my brain cells and neurons, so then I won't qualify for lawyer or accountant or business manager.
